Who has your favorite egg salad?

Mine is the egg salad at Blue Dahlia Cafe. It's whipped up with a nice jolt of dill weed and topped with olive oil and capers and set atop buttered, non-toasted wheat bread (tartine). Comes with a few bitter greens and fruit. I think the butter on the bread pulls the dish all together.

I found a pic here (http://www.foodspotting.com/places/85...) at Foodspotting. Thanks Alicia.

Unconventional, but I'd be remiss if I didn't mention The Noble Pig's egg sandwich, not really egg salad per se, but a generous portion of deviled eggs on their house-made bread. It's really tasty.

Ha, I was going to say Blue Dahlia as well. It's amazing, and unlike any other version I've ever had; it's very finely chopped. I want the recipe BADLY.

that is one seriously chopped egg salad!
the butter on the bread and the drizzle of olive oil is very intriguing.
