  1. If you're looking for it in dried from, they usually sell it at Olives et Épices at JTM.

    1. It seems to be more commonly referred to on this board as Naga Jolokia. Here is a thread about finding it in Montreal
If you search for that term, over the last five years, there are some additional threads which may be useful or interesting to you!

      1. Hi there,

        Where abouts do you live?

We manufacture a Vinegar Free Ghost Hot Pepper Coulis and we sell it all over the city!

Because it's vinegar free, it an be infused in pretty much anything without the overpowering acidity which is perfect for gourmet cooking.

Check out for a distributor near you, and if you don't find it at the store because it might sold out, email me at and I'll personally bring you one of our bottles.

        Cheers mate!

        1. Full disclosure, I work at Le Panier (in Pointe-Claire Village). We have hundreds of hot sauces on offer, including Ghost Pepper, Carolina Reaper (hotter than Ghost) and SinaiGourmet Ghost and other Pepper Sauces made by this local company (They had a tasting in the store recently (very well received).

We also have Mikes Hot Honey! Chili infused Honey from NYC. A real treat. Sells out very quickly however.
