To chatter of batter and good fry of onions.

Be they strings,
be they rings,
there is beauty befound in the fry of the onions.

Let us discuss the techniques
of slicing, of batter, of oil.
giving result of good onions.

Be the flour of batter come from corn, or from wheat?
Be their toss in the battering come from paper, or plastic?
Dimensions, directions, of type of the slice
Resulting in bloom of the onion.

      While not much a fan of Outbacks and steaks
      I have driven there more than once
      in search of the way they do onions,

      Give good notice to cornstarch.
