Looking for a 75 person room in Central CT?

We're having a club function in February and are looking for a room that will fit about 75 people.
The catch is we want to order off the menu and have seperate bills for each family.
Can anyone out there help me?

I don't think the inn at Middleton will let function room guests individually order off the menu.
