Jessie's replaces Boom in Old Lyme

While Christmas Caroling in the Old Lyme Marketplace, I noticed that the old site of Boom Restaurant has been replaced by Jessie's restaurant. Their menu looks interesting

and they have had several nice reviews on other sites (one mentioned a high noise level, but that could have been an unusual boisterous party). I couldn't stop in to try it, since I was carrying a tuba at the time, but will make a note to visit in the near future. As far as I know, the Boom at the Westbrook Marina is still operating.
