I AM MAKING A SPICE RUBBED PORK CHOP WITH A PEACH SALSA AND I NEED HELP WITH A FEW THINGS.1. WHAT THICKNESS IS A 5 OZ PORK CHOP2. WHAT IS A GOOD VEG AND STARCH FOR THIS DISH

1. A 5 oz pork chop is not very thick, under 1/2 an inch would be my guess. If you have thicker cut chops they will just take a bit longer to cook.
2. I think rice and beans sounds good with your pork along with some steamed brocolli.
