Williams Sonoma Friends & Family - 20% entire purchase

If this belongs in the "Chain" thread, the moderaters can move it.

I received in the mail a postcard letting me know Williams Sonoma is having a Friends & Family Event December 1-4. You get a 20% discount on your entire purchase (10% discount on electrics). It seems you need to present the postcard, but maybe you can try asking for the discount.

Conditions: Not valid @ WS outlet stores. Cannot be used for All Clad, Wusthof, Shun, Zwilling, Baccarat, Miele, Technivorm, Breville U Brew, Beaba, Bamix, Caso, Hurom, and Polyscience products.

Yeah, I went to Williams Sonoma this weekend. I didn't know about the Friend and Family event. So I suppose I accidentially and luckly took advantages of the 20% off. I didn't received a postcard, but they handed one to me in the front of the store. Although it probably didn't matter, because the cashier just used HER postcard to give me the discount. I bought myself a waffle iron.

So may be and just may be people who didn't receive a postcard should still visit their local Williams Sonoma if they are interested.

I received this coupon via email, forwarded by someone else. Does anyone know if it will work? The coupon says "The original coupon must be presented at time of purchase." The word "original" worries me.

My postcard has a barcode in the lower lefthand corner.

It seems each card is unique and thus is designed to be used only once.

Does it list a code for online purchases?

          Hi, NJC:

Make sure to read the fine print--W-S isn't above trying to trick people into jamming them into their "exclusive W-S VISA card" at high rates.

          Aloha,

You can use any form of payment you like, but you get double rewards points for using the WS Visa card.
