Best place to eat at the bar (especially bar overlooking the kitchen)

I like to eat solo at the bar overlooking the kitchen at Vic and Anthony's. Any other good spots? How about Brasserie 19? Stella Sola? Haven? Thanks in advance.

Sorrel has a flat screen at the bar allowing a view of the kitchen action.
The bar is off to the side of the restaurant so you may not feel you are part of the scene. As people who enjoy eating at the bar, you will be well taken care of and entertained.

Second Carrabba's on Kirby, Max's and yes, the far side of the bar at Brasserie 19 facing the crownd entering the place.

The Carrabba's on Kirby food bar is my favorite-these guys and gals rock
Max's Wine Dive on Washington-large cut out window to watch the cooks prepare ur meals and feed themselves, hand to mouth,, arrgh!
Brasserie 19-I've sat on the side facing the entry unfortnately but it looked promising on the other side of the bar..
