Where can I find Callebaut cocoa powder (dutch process) in NYC or Brooklyn?

I've been testing different cocoa powders and love Callebaut's dutch cocoa. I ordered it through Amazon but paid $7+ for shipping. Anyone know where I can buy it in NYC or Brooklyn?

First place I would check is NY Cake and Baking on W 22nd st.They have Callebaut chocolate on their website and a listing for "cocoa" but not the brand.
