Tilia's Brussels Sprouts [Moved from Minneapolis-St. Paul Board]

I'm having friends over for dinner in a few weeks and I'm making a true French Duck a l'Orange. Besides a wild rice pilaf, I want to serve Brussels Sprouts. Best I've ever had are Tilia's.

Has anyone tried to replicate how they make them? Just searched the usual suspects like Epi and don't see a recipe that looks close. Tilia's menu says "Caramelized Brussels Sprouts...Walnuts and Ham."

Help, please!

If you don't find your chosen recipe, I make the Brussels Sprouts with Pine Nuts and Majoram from Epicurious pretty regularly/ They are very good.

Do a search using "brussel sprouts" and "lardons" and you should be able to piece it together from there. If not, swap out "lardons" for "pancetta."
