tortilla soup - East Village

[Hey19]

I used to love the tortilla soup at snack dragon on 3rd and B, but they arent making it these days cause of an electrical problem. Where else has great tortilla soup? Curious what is the best in town, but also if anyone has good recommendations around the east village/LES.

The tomato soup at Mexicue is really good actually, but not quite hitting the spot.

Well Thanks for nothing on this one guys, but I will update and say Snack Dragon now has their Tortilla soup back, after sorting out their electrical problems. That and the tomato soup at Mexicue are my go to take out soups in the area.

I've never had it, but my guess is that Shopsin's might have a good one. Kenny's soups are pretty great. Only downfall is that they're lunch only. Their African Green Curry soup is a real favorite of mine.
