Trying to create a list of catering options like:

The Stop
Raging Spoon
Afghan Women's Catering

What others are there in Toronto?

www.fabarnak.com, for Fabarnak restaurant and catering. It is the social enterprise of 519 Church Street Community Centre.

How did you make out with this list? Can you share it now?

We are hosting a party and would like to bring in some food - not fully catered with servers, just food trays with something yummy for 20 - 30 people. A social enterprise caterer would be ideal, especially if they can provide interesting food choices. Afghan would be great!

      Any other suggestions? Anyone?

There is a new caterer that is just opening in Regent Park called Paint Box Catering. - http://paintboxbistro.com/ Really interesting concept. I know one chefs there is Matt Cowan formerly of Simple Bistro.

Here is the info from their site - Paintbox Catering is a social enterprise, providing employment and career development to residents of Regent Park. We will also offer bursaries to George Brown College Centre for Hospitality and Culinary Arts, and product development resources to our food incubator partners.

I've been following Paint Box for a while, the executive chef and president is Chris Klugman a name many readers here will recognize from the fine dining scene in the 80s and 90s where he started a number of restaurants.
