Fresh (broad rice?) noodles for pad see ew in NY Chinatown?

Does anyone know where in NY Chinatown you can get fresh noodles (aka rice sheets) for making pad see ew?

And does anyone know the Chinese characters for these noodles? It can help when asking for them at a Chinese market.

The ones we want come in big sheets and you cut them up yourself to cook. Here is a picture:

  1. They are 河粉 Hé Fěn. I would think Kam Man at 200 Canal would have them.

    1. The best place for them are those tofu/noodle shops as they are the freshest. Once it hits the fridge (which is what you'll see at most markets), texture changes and is no longer good IMO.

There's a noodle shop on the SE corner of Grand and Bowery. And another one on Mott called Fong Inn Too. If you go to the one on Mott, also try their steamed sweet rice cakes as it's the fluffiest most delicate one I've found in Manhattan.
