grey shrimps

does anybody know where to find grey shrimps from north of france at any restaurant or market thanks

    Well, if you find them let me know. I remember peeling buckets of those as a kid. And they make the most amazing fumée.

      Just thinking of those "Plateau Fruits de Mer" at Chez Justine in Cannes. Sooo good would love to be able to buy them here.

        I've never seen "cervettes grises" in Montreal. Although I've never done a thorough search.

        Just FYI, it might not go by the name grey shrimp, which is a literal translation of the French and Flemish names. You might have better luck asking for brown shrimp.
