Vegetarian friendly near the PATH train

im looking for a restaurant with lots of vegetable options for this weekend. im going to a show in hoboken later in the night so id like something ideally near a PATH train.

i was thinking something like northern spy but not in the east village...or westville but something a bit more substantial.

any ideas?
