Despana's morcilla is pretty right-on, IMHO. But they're not a butcher - it's pre-packaged & pre-cooked.
For more traditional boudin, Les Halles was pretty good as I remember - though I'm not sure if they still have the to-go stand at the Park Ave location. Also, I've seen them at one of those Polish butchers down on 2nd Ave in the East Village with a name I'm sure I'll spell completely wrong, so I won't even try.

I don't know if it is "reasonably priced," but you can get boudin at Murray's and at the Fairway on the UES. FWIW, the morcilla at Despaña is not expensive and goes very well with callos a la Madrileña.
