Christmas Dinner: Fireplace Restaurant vs. Henrietta's Table

Hi all,

Trying to plan for Christmas and was hoping some of you may have some opinions on which restaurant may be a better choice for Christmas Day. I'm also open to any other ideas..

Thanks to both of you for your input. We were actually leaning toward Fireplace, so it seems like the right choice!

There are only a few tables in front of the actual fireplace. Be sure to request one.

I've never been impressed at Henrietta's Table (only dinners, no brunch), but the Fireplace is generally solid with well prepared meals in a nice setting. My vote goes to them, plus the parking is a bit easier.

I can't give you a comparison because I haven't eaten anything but brunch at HT. I like the Fireplace: it's a pretty room, good bar, eclectic menu, and I like the (duh!) fireplace. maybe others who have tried dinner at both will chime in with more specifics.
