Thanks for the heads up one of the few things I miss about Chicago other that the many friends is my visits to Pilsen. Magog is still closer but nice having a Sherbrooke option.
PS Baan Thai in Newport opening for lunch very fresh very good good.

I am quite keen on trying that Thai restaurant in Newport and am glad it's opening for lunch. (I'm never in town after dark!)

Magog isn't such a haul but it's better for me when it's down the street!

Their menus are in a PDF format and the website does suffer from "WE HAVE TO CRAM STUFF ON HERE"-ness.

Yes, it's good. It's very good. It has been a beacon for me in the way of Mexican food. (I'm an American with a Hispanic mother so I reserve the right to be very very critical of Mexican food here in Quebec.) I am glad that I will have something that is close enough to what I like where I live.
