I am looking for smoked pork chops in the immediate DC metro area. My one Dupont Circle Farmers market source, Cederbrook Farm, says he doesn't have any at the moment.

I'd call Eastern Market. The butcher there carries smoked turkey so may be able to work something out.

at the EM that would either be the Canales or Union, the others rarely sell other than poultry

it might need an advance call - I recall seeing smoked turkey and ham hocks, just not chops, so maybe with a few questions it could be arranged.

Beiler's Meats in the Laurel Amish Farmer's market has great ones. I know that's not the immediate D.C. area, though.

The butcher in the Germantown Lancaster market also has them, but it is also a bit of a trek. I know Magruder's carries them but I can't comment on the quality since I haven't tried them.

Not local, but the best I've had and they ship. I've ordered a long time ago for family and it went well:
