Yelper Party 2011: Yelp's Flock Party
Hey Houston Chowhounds!
Shipley Do-Nuts will be participating in the Yelper Party 2011: Yelp's Flock Party at the Houston Zoo this Wednesday night and we are in need of an energetic, animated individual to wear our mascot, "Glaze the Donut". Glaze will be providing photo ops for the crowd. If you want to feel like a celebrity for the night, give me a buzz.

I didn't find anyone, but brought it inside anyway. We found a bench next to our tent and propped him up. He was an instant hit! People took advantage of the photo opp right away. And then, later, as the alcohol started taking affect, people actually got inside and got a little crazy. Then, with more time and more alcohol, a friend of mine put it on and hit the dance floor. OMG!!! The "ladies" went wild! I'm surprised to not find YouTube videos from that night.
