I have out of town guests coming this weekend who want to experience austin food scene and also watch the Georgia and Clemson football games on Saturday night. We are not necessarily looking for a sports bar but any place with multiple TVs where there will not be much competition for channels would work. My guests are downtown at four seasons for work, and I will need to pick them up, therefore prefer something close by. Something like cover 3 but downtown. Third base is even a little far. I can't remember if 24 diner, eddie v, frank, haddingtons, or lamberts, have multiple TVs with seating for four? Any help would be appreciated

Parkside in downtown has possibly some of the best food in town and multiple TV's on the wall. In fact, that is one of the reason I stopped going there. The place is noisey and no one seems to pay attention to what is on the screens so you could probably watch anything you want with no objection, especially if you expressed your gratituide with the maitre'd ahead of time! Evil joe.

I like parkside but it's been awhile and I don't remember any tvs there. Are they in the front bar area? If so that would be perfect. Many thanks

I was in parkside last week and there were at least 2 televisions in the bar. One was located above the oyster station, the other above the entrance to the other dining room (to the right of the bar, kinda on the way to the restrooms). If there were other televisions, I didn't watch them.
