Will any Manhattan fish markets grind fish to order?

I'm idly considering making gefilte fish. I do not have a food processor or anything else that will grind fish, just a hand blender and a coffee grinder and a nice collection of knives. Obviously, I should buy live carp in Chinatown and then take them home and kill/scale/gut/filet/grind them myself, but that might be more appropriate for my second try at gefilte fish, not my first. Ideas?

Thanks! I know Citarella well (since way back in the late '80s, when it was a storefront best known creating fish tableaux in its windows), but it's so fancy now it didn't occur to me to ask there. But I will!

    2. sh, for your mornings' pleasures, I hope you find a solution that does not involve your coffee grinder!

Me too, even thought I mostly use the coffee grinder for bread crumbs these days (works good), 'cause I've gone cold brew and have my coffee ground in the store.
