You can choose from Abbaye de Tamie Agnelotti, Creamy Risotto witj Parmesan, or Fettuccine with Fontina Cream and Porcini, all sprinkled with generous amount of white Alba truffle at the table. Price is $60 for tasting, $110 for appetizer, and $180 for main course (puls tax and gratuity, of course). Yummy~!
By the way, Kajitsu also has a white truffle dish.
Grilled Goma-tofu (sesame tofu) with White Truffle costs only $30! It was very nice too!
