Your recommendation for X'mas dinner in Singapore?

Hi - my family has decided we want to eat out this year and not cook. What are your recommendations for a good Christmas day dinner in Singapore?

If my family decide to eat out, we'd normally choose a nice hotel Christmas buffet, e.g. Four Seasons, Fullerton or Ritz-Carlton.

But usually, I (and my sisters visiting from HK & Macau) will rustle up some typical family favourites: roast turkey with the trimmings, Eurasian feng (offal, spices, etc), baked gammon ham, curry debal, beef smore and sugee cake.
