Niagara Falls, NY - Christmas Market and food vendors?

I am visiting a friend that lives like 30 minutes from the border. We are debating if we should bother going across to check out the new Christmas Market. Sounds like today wasn't that great a day, a lot of booths/etc not set up yet. Did anyone from this board go and try the food? (food is overall a big draw for me :) ).. I saw some vendors posting on their facebook page like "R & R BBQ", etc. Are any of the vendors worthy of checking out ? My backup food plan would be to go to Suzy Qs . I was down a few weeks ago and went to Kentucky Gregs and really enjoyed it.

Ended up going. Not that impressive. I mean, I can see what they were trying to do but it is unfortunate that the quality of the goods were not that great and not much of a "festive" atmosphere. The organizers should go to the Christmas Market in Toronto at the Distillery District to get an idea of how a good one is done.

I had read bad things about the BBQ food truck here after I posted this so we skipped it. Didn't look like there was much demand for what they had to offer.

Anyway, good idea but I hope they work on improving it for next year.
