Christmas Tree farms with cookies, hot cocoa?

Can anyone suggest a place to get a small tree, that also has treats for the kids? Coffee and cookies will do but donuts and hot chocolate would be even better. We're north of Boston but can travel a bit. Thanks!

    Thanks for the replies. We went to Smolak Farms yesterday am, found a tree and ate our doughnuts outside in the warm sunshine :-)

      Try Smolak Farms in Andover (?) - they are very family oriented. I know there are several in Beverly and drive along Rte 1A.

        Pakeen Farm in Canton- they have horses and other animals too. Cider and donuts in the barn.
