Indian restaurant near Ikea Paramus, NJ

Hello folks,

So I plan to go for some big shopping in Ikea Paramus. I am curious if there is any good Indian restaurant within 3-4 miles of this store. I found some called Mantra but their prices are rather high. I need some quick bite in the middle of shopping.

I agree with doxy...go to Brick Lane Curry in Ridgewood.

Bhoj is just so-so.

Mantra is excellent too! If you are shopping around lunch time they have the best Indian buffet in Bergen County for around $10.

Haven't been to Brick Lane Curry yet. I've heard very good things about it thought and I'm looking forward to going.

I do agree about Mantra -- excellent lunch. Seems to be very popular and I very often hear very good feedback from people.

My ultimate favorite is Brick Lane Curry new to Ridgewood on Franklin. It is in the old Raddicchio space. The food is excellent. We used to go to their NYC place, and then their Montclair spot.

Bhoj on Market Street in Elmwood Park. Good prices, great food, and they do a daily lunch buffet. From Ikea, stay left on Route 4 West/Broadway, through Fair Lawn, into Elmwood Park. Turn left on Boulevard, then about a mile down, turn left on Market Street. It's in a tiny strip mall on the right about 1/4 mile down from where you turn, and probably right inside that 3-4 mile range from Ikea.
