Do the blue cheese and fig savories need to be refrigerated?
I made the blue cheese and fig savories recipe I got from this site awhile ago but can't find it now. It said you could make them a day ahead and store in an airtight container, but didn't say anything about refrigeration so I assume they don't need it, but thought I'd check in with the experts on this site. Thanks and happy Thanksgiving to all!

I personally would refrigerate if a main ingredient is blue cheese (I'm guessing by the name that it is). Anything that has cheese in this manner gets refrigerated but that's just me. The only thing that doesn't, come to think of it, is cheese bread. But that doesn't last long enough to really be an issue....:)

Well, not really. If I bake a chocolate chiffon cake, it has eggs and milk in it. I'd refrigerate the eggs and the milk, but not the cake. Same goes with bread, one recipe I have has milk in it, but I don't refrigerate it...
I would suggest that anything with cheese and cream as a base needs refrigeration, something to me about that combo screams "refrigerate me", but that's just me...
