Please lead me to an excellent wine dinner near Delray

I want to buy my father-in-law seats at a wonderful wine dinner, preferably Italian but any amazing food that's not too frou-frou will work. He lives in Delray, so we need to stay within the Boca-Boynton lines. Can you tell me who will knock his socks off for his 84th birthday?

Often restaurants will have a set-price, multi-course dinner and pair wines to each course. They're generally three to five courses and feature dishes that are not normally on the menu.

I have not heard of any but maybe some of the other regulars here have, possible the hotels in West Palm Beach do this. Delray is a tourist resort this time of year so the restaurants tend to go for turnover. Check out Sundy House they are pretty upscale so they might.

Just checked Sundy House their FB page says they are doing a wine pairing dinner on Nov 29th

        Description
You are invited to dine at The Sundy House. Endulge in cuisins by Chef JP Vanhouten paired with wines chosen by Sommelier and Sundy House General Manager Marco Pistella.
