Mozzarella Prosciutto roll in Houston
This seems like something so simple that I might as well just make it myself (and if it comes down to it I will) but I'm wondering if there are any establishments that sell it, especially around Christmas. I'm not talking about the crappy pre-packaged ones at the supermarket, I mean fresh mozz and freshly-sliced prosciutto rolled up in the perfect proportion, from an actual deli/restaurant/specialty store. Thanks!

There is also an Italian market in the Heights off Shephard just north of I-10. Can't remember the name exactally, but I think it is Nardino's. They have all kinds of fresh Italian goods and a little deli. It looks like a big warehouse, but it has a public entrance on the side and is pretty well signed.

Have you tried Spec's on Smith? Or Leibman's on Memorial? Two likely spots that come to mind...

You should be able to find this - or something VERY close - at Revival market on Heights Blvd. http://revivalmarket.com/
