Not sure about hotels and restaurants that make them but the Gingerbread Construction Company in Winchester and Wakefield makes some very nice ones for sale. Their muffins are also about the best I have ever had in this area. Try the carrot cake.

Agree with Royron. Everything about the Gingerbread construction company is delicious and charming. Great Gingerbread houses. I can't eat the carrot cake muffins but they are popular among friends..the chocolate dream muffins are the perfect antidote to a chocolate craving.

Not a hotel either, but Ginger Betty in Quincy also makes some great ginger bread and ginger bread house kits.
