Bone-in turkey breast. What temp, how long: Charcoal cooker and oven

Hello -

I had intended to get a boneless turkey breast, but my wife picked up a whole one.

I still think it would be great to do it oin the cooker outdoors. Any ideas on temp and time? If the weather turns horrible, I am taking it indoors. Advice for that would be welcome as well. If you recommend brining, can you please include the brine recipe.

In a conventional oven, 350 degrees. As for how long, that depends on the size. Get a probe thermometer and when you reach 165 in the thickest part of the breast, it's done.
