Looking to take a total of eight people somewhere fun for lunch- don't care what type of cuisine- From Murray Hill to anywhere downtown...reasonably priced, say $40-$50 per head for lunch. Where should I take them??

Thanks

Ciano has a 3 course lunch prix fixe for $20.11.

Is that $40-$50pp for food only? Or must it cover beverages (including alcoholic), nearly 9% tax, and 20% tip (which the restaurant will automatically apply with a party your size)?

We've done the lunch prix-fixe at Ciano, and it was delicious. A real steal for cuisine of such high quality. However, I wouldn't describe the vibe as "fun."

I think the following fit the moderately-priced and "fun" category: Birreria at Eataly, ABC Kitchen, The Dutch, and Balthazar.
