Sushi, eat it differently
Live dangerously ? ^^
Sushi uber alles
Sushi mon amour
Yes, I do have great follies, and sushi one of them. I need it one-twice per week...and more if i can. For lunch, it answers to my stomach craves...and after that, I can be very very sweet responding at work !!! I have tried, many cheap places, 50 places and counting, but very recently I have had again a lunch at a high-end sushi : sushi Ichi at Ginza (=one star), for a 3,000.-yens lunch !!! Well, I have to admit, a high-end ushi is 10 times more enjoyable ; by reducing the so-so pieces, i can manage to go to great places...
With a bit more time, I`ll go through whole of Michelin`s list ?
Weren't you living dangerously by going to many, many cheap places? (Rather than saving up to go to fewer high end joints)
Anyway, well done you for finally realising that the graph that shows the law of diminishing returns is much more steeply curved with sushi than it is with many other things in life. Enjoy those fabulous lunch time deals!
