Lunch near Bart SF- Recs?

Looking to take a friend out to a belated birthday lunch tomorrow. Preferably on the Bart line here in the city 24th, 16th, and downtown are all options but nothing that would break the bank. Thanks for the suggestions.

          Local Mission on 24th is great, plus they have Knead Patisserie in the back for dessert (I like the malted eclair). The menu's on the website.
