Frozen Tart Cherries for Pie

Can you give me a specific brand of individually frozen tart cherries to use for a pie? I just took a pie making class and the recipe we were given did not include a brand. The pie was amazing, I really like the tart cherry more than a sweet one in a pie. Thank you.

  1. Sorry, I can't answer your specific question, but have you had a slice with good vanilla ice cream on top? One of the 10 greatest desserts in the world.

      Joe, my husband said it was the best cherry pie he'd ever had! Now that I made it in class I just HAVE to be able to reproduce it.

        The canned tart cherries packed only in their juice work quite well if you are in a pinch. I often use them.
