Sea Harbour Seafood on Rosemead and Valley
What's good to get here in the way of non-pork dishes?
Also, during the breakfast/lunch hours of 10am to 3pm or so, do they only serve up dim sum or can you also order dinner dishes?
If i'm going on my own, is it still worthwhile as a single diner, and how should i strategize if so?
Thanks.

Definitely everything on the dinner menu is available during the day.
Fresh seafood. Abalone, geoduck, prawns, shark's fin soup and the sea turtle soup are standouts and must-trys.
Non-seafood items to consider would be green beans w/conpoy and black beans, bean sprouts, minced crab meat with fried tofu.
Not sure why you would go there for pork. Can't really think of any stand-out pork dishes at Sea Harbour. Odd on your part. Just odd.
Whether dining alone is a good thing to do or not is really a personal issue.

not advisable as a single diner, in fact not sure they will even seat you. I tried to go with one other person a few years ago and they told us we had to have at least 3-4 or more to get a table. not sure if they've changed their policy since.
