Seward Co-op and Grassroots Gourmet have had them every time I've wanted to buy them.

Any Asian market will carry them. I would expect that you have such sources in the Twin Cities.

I've seen them at Mississippi Market coop often. I'd call ahead because I'm not sure if they have them all the time.

Saw them at Shuang Hur on University yesterday, lots of them. Next to the moon cakes.

There is a place in the Mid-Town Global Market (near the Italian Ice vendor) that has them. Thy were beautiful.

That would be grassroots gourmet, and they taste beautiful as well.
