WTC area restaurant with Good Craft Beer and Good Food
A little over a week from now, on a Tuesday evening my husband and will be heading to the city again but we'll be in the WTC area and we're looking for a place with good craft beer and good food. Appetizers and/or Entrees. Husband does not like seafood. Prefer to stay under $100 if possible.
Open to all suggestions.

For a more pub style atmosphere try Mudville. They have at least 30 beers on tap some very exotic ones. Great wings and burgers. Not white table cloth atmosphere.

for a good selection of German and Austrian beers and good food try Blau Gans. Harry's might be a good place to go also, or Ulysses around the corner from there

Fraunces Tavern could be really cool. And, if you are a history buff, you should know that Sons of Liberty meetings were held there before the American Revolution and the end of the British siege of NY was celebrated there by Gen. Washington et al. Clearly it's been updated since then...lol!

Try Porterhouse at Fraunces Tavern (that is the restaurant name). They have great beer selection, drafts and bottles, with above average food. It is on Pearl Street, so a little walk south of WTC. Also, check out The Growler on Stone Street, more for beer than food, newish bar with great draft list.
