Great Ice Cream on Granville Island

My first visit to Artisan Sake Maker was this weekend.

Didn't feel like sake but I tried their ice cream. House made with Sakekasu the remains of the fermented rice mash. Really tasty with a hint of sake.

I'll go back to try the sake next weekend.

      1. Yeah, I thought it was reasonably priced. $3.50 for a small one scoop cone.

        The cheapest, best (and only) Sakekasu ice cream I've ever had. Not sure if there is anything like it in Vancouver, BC or Canada.

        Everyone who likes food should give it a try.
