We are all staying at ARIA...we have been to CUT, STK, Rao's(including the original in New York), Stripsteak, etc. on previous trips to Vegas. So I am looking for some great recs, can be steak, can be Italian-big fan of Mario Batali, or a something completely different. THank you in advance!

If you're staying at ARIA - then right there you have Sage which is definitely worth a visit for dinner. There is also Julian Serrano which I would recommend for a wonderful late breakfast/brunch. I was knocked out by their eggs with chorizo sausage - mouthwatering, a little exotic while also being comfort food. Or you can hike up to the Venetian/Palazzo which has several Batali joints.

I have to confess that I haven't been to any of the Batali restaurants at the Venetian/Palazzo - which is why I didn't name any of them B&B, Carnevino etc. I'm sure I'll get around to them eventually.

Love ARIA..make sure you have drinks at Chandelier bar at the Cosmo and grab a slice of some fab East Coast pizza at the 'secret no name' place on the third level..
If your into Thai, Lotus of Siam on Sahara is some of the best Thai food I've ever had..lunch or dinner and I go off the menu..not the buffet...about a mile from the Wynn in a divey strip mall.
