Meringue shells in YYC?

Hi there -- making individual pavlova type desserts this weekend and wondering if anyone knows where i can find pre-made meringue shells. I had seen them at costco awhile back in the bakery but they no longer sell them. Superstore nor Glamorgan bakery have them.

I know they aren't that hard to make but it's one less thing to do if i can help it.

I live in the central northwest so anything close-ish is preferred but not limiting.

Thanks in advance!

  1. I'm not sure how big you want them but M for Macaron in Kingsland Market has been selling individual ones lately. They're about 3-4 inches wide.

    1. I made Eton Mess last weekend..and bought some terrific almond and plain meringue from Eclair de Lune

      - possibly they could make them in a shell format for you..

      1. Superstore sells President's Choice ones in I think either the cookie or candy aisle. It's been awhile since I've looked for them spcifically but the box looks like:

        1. Thank you for the suggestions. It was too late to order from eclair and macaron. Ended up making them myself and turned out pretty well! Will check at superstore cookie aisle next time.
