Does molasses go bad?

I've had a bottle of blackstrap molasses for maybe 2 yrs, unopened. There's no date on it, so just wondering if it ever goes bad?

There are stories of people's cans/jars of molasses exploding (in their kitchen, in their luggage, etc.) so you might want to check the pressure in your bottle… But I don't think 2 years is very old for molasses.
