I was really hoping to visit Kaji sushi.. but alas it'f full on Saturday... I shuld have thoght about it earlier. I've been to George and loved it- an amazing dining experience.
Please recomend someting else of this calibre, and preferably with a chefs menu and wine pairings for my birthday celebration this weekend?
Many thanks in adavnce!
I hould mention.. considering Hashimoto of course - any yay or nays for there are appreciated.
Splendido perhaps? Acadia? I've heard very mixed things about Colborne lane.. but perhaps it's worth a try.
The food quality is by far the most important thing to me, service second.. loud quite, rustic or fancy doen't matter much to me :)

One of my best experiences in the city was at Colborne Lane and one of my worst was at Colborne Lane. Since Grant from the Black Hoof is now at Lucien, that's been on my radar. I don't know if the menu has changed over. It looks like the website still has the old menu. Maybe worth a try.
