La maison des pates fraiches (groceries store, cafeteria, catering style place)

You can't go wrong with a fantastic price and a tasty lasagna and a good meat ball.
Had lunch there and it was just perfect satisfaction. Total amount? an insane $8.98

This place is very conveniently located for me, and I'd say I take out from here once a week on average. Definitely a good value for money and the food is hearty and seems to be freshly prepared. My only complaint is the rice isn't that wonderful. Good potatoes and haven't gone wrong yet with whatever they're serving when I go in there (they seem to serve fixed meals?). They also have very passable tiramisu.

    Very friendly service as well.

My kids love their lasagna and pizzas, and I enjoy their caponata and chicken cacciatore. I often also pick up some frozen gnocchi or fresh ravioli. But true, we never eat their rice.

Love it there and so glad others do, too. You're right, the lasagna is great. Also, their fresh homemade pasta (to take home) is fantastic. I'm sure you've seen them already but if not, make sure to order some cerignola olives at their antipasti counter--those are fantastic.
