Valhrona is not Sicilian but French. Should be widely available..might even try Murray's Cheese, Fairway, WF, etc.

The Food Emporium on 68th and 3rd has a separate chocolate shop with an extensive selection.

I've gotten Valrhona at Whole Foods. Not sure where to find Bonajuto.

I have bought Boajuto it at DiPalo's in the past, but I can't be sure if they are currently stocking it. Buon Italia might be a good place to check for it as well. I thought Valrhona was French. It is pretty widely available in any case. Trader Joe's carries it.
