Suggestions for a terrific buffet on Thanksgiving between Clarkston and Detroit or Ann Arbor?

High end great food with dishes made to order, rather than sitting in chafing dishes, type of place.

Though the restaurant need not be fou fou.

Hoping to make it a memorable afternoon.

In Rochester, the Rochester Chop House is open and I'm sure the Royal Park Hotel will be too. The Royal Park books up early, so they may not have anything.
