Try Vace in Cleveland Park or the Italian Store in Arlington

Rodman's in MD might have them, but the Italian Store as previously noted would be your best bet

Well depending where you want to do your shopping, the ones at Cornucopia are delicious.

Vace says they don't have them (though do "import" other Italian cookies fomr a Brooklyn bakery)
