The closest place for great deep-dish is Lou Malnati's at State and Rush, but it's only open till midnight during the week, 1 a.m. on weekends. But Pizano's on State is excellent also and just a few blocks away. It's open till 2 a.m. during the week, 3 a.m. on weekends. And if that's not late enough, Pizano's new location at Dearborn and Chicago is open till 5 a.m. every day. Pizza for breakfast! :)

super_al, I've added the Original Pancake House to the map on the right, to help orient you. It's right across the street from your hotel, so you can use it on the map to see how far each of these places is from your hotel. (The Original Pancake House is not open late - in fact, it's not open for dinner at all - but it's a good place to get breakfast/ brunch in the morning.)
