Fine Dining for Xmas Dinner (Corporate Event)

Hey People!

I'm at it again. I'm looking for a restaraunt to host my company's Christmas dinner. It's approximately 20-25 people. I was thinking a great Steakhouse would be good. However, I need some suggestions.

Can you guys let me know about a good steakhouse restaraunt or any other type of fine dining restaraunts in Manhattan. I'm looking for something in the Midtown Area (preferred but not mandatory)

    What about Wolfgangs in the East 50s or Ben and Jacks. Both have private rooms and the food/service are amazing.

      We recently had dinner at Wolfgang's on 54th. While I agree that the food and service are excellent, the decor, though quite pleasant, doesn't begin to compare with the Old NY ambiance at Keens. Thus, I think Keens is the better choice. If no workable date is available there, Wolgang's would, imo, be a very good second choice.

      To get the best suggestions you should probably give us some more info. Date needed, costs, etc.

        The cost is open. We are a group of 20-25 people. We are planning a Xmas dinner- so December would be the best choice.

          If you want to do a steakhouse, I highly recommend Keens for both the delicious food and the unmatchable Old New York ambiance. Of the four private rooms, The Lily Langtry, would be perfect for a group your size as it can accommodate up to 25 people.

          As for other fine dining options, any of the "NY Times" 4-star restaurants would be great choices -- depending, of course, if the costs would fit your budget. For details, contact the person who handles their private functions.
